  How can I have my domain name released? I dont want to use WordPress anymore. Thank you

  Hi @fiercefiesty — Sure! I’ll go ahead and tag this as Modlook, and staff will be able and help you with your domain. This also removes the site, since it is your default domain, which we don’t recommend you to do. Please be patient as staff replies. Thanks :)

  Hi there,

  In January 2017 you filed a dispute against us for the renewal of your domain. When you file a dispute for a payment, the upgrades are removed from your account and your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.

  We can still restore the domain to your account, but you’ll first need to pay both the chargeback fee and the renewal of your domain.

  Once you’ve done that, let me know and I can send you a link to pay for the renewal as well. Once we receive that payment we can restore the domain to your account, and then you’ll be able to transfer it away from us if you prefer.
