Hi deletethisaccount02,
restingonthepromise.org is currently parked but I can restore it. Your site was deleted some time ago so please create a new site for me to restore the domain to. The transfer process can be started once restingonthepromise.org is active again.
Let me know when you’ve created the new site.

I see it has been restored, and that it will expire in 8 months, unless I make a payment. If I make the payment (I guess I will have to) will I have to wait 60 days to transfer? I thank you all for your help and kind answers.

@deletethisaccount02 you had already paid the renewal fee back when your plan renewed. So you’re okay to go ahead and transfer now. If you haven’t updated contact details it should go through; if not you can try again at 60 days.

I received the following message.
According to the Gaining and Losing Registrars, it appears that the codes you’ve supplied were correct. Once you tell the Losing Registrar (the current Registrar for restingonthepromise.org) to release the domain, we will be able to accept the domain into your account. You should receive an email from the Losing Registrar asking you to approve or decline this request. Please follow the instructions and ACCEPT the transfer. If you choose to DECLINE the transfer, you might be able to receive a refund within 90 days if you contact customer service. You may also have to contact or to login to your old registrar to manually release the domain. Otherwise, if you can just wait 7 days, the Losing Registrar should release the domain automatically.

You should receive an email from the Losing Registrar asking you to approve or decline this request. Please follow the instructions and ACCEPT the transfer.
Did you check to see if you have recieved this email? If it is not in the inbox, make sure and check the email spam filter at your email provider to see if it was mistakenly marked as spam.
Follow the instructions in that email.

Thanks again to all, for your help, I did receive an email informing me that the transfer will take place in a few days.
