  Hello support!
  I have neglected my website and didn’t​ pay my domain fee. I now updated my billing information, but can’t find the way button I need to press to repurchase​ my domain. Could you tell me where I can do it/ tell me it’s ok and will be done automatically​?

  Hi Adam,

  Is this for adammaor.com?

  That domain expired on 2 February and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
