My domain name
-
I recently attempted to set up a website with you. However, I found it too difficult and you have now started the process of a refund.
In the processn, I was trying to get my domain name from another site sent over to you (before I made the decision to leave) so I could use it on my website with WordPress.
The other company have informed me today that they finally have managed to send my domain name falconefit.com to you and that you now have it in possession! This domain name belongs to me and I wish to have it in order to use on my new website which work will begin this weekend.
Can you please come back to me ASAP about how I’m going to get my domain name now from you? Thank you.
Regards

Hi there:
I’m only showing a cancelled and refunded Jetpack Backup plan for the site
falconepilates.comtied to the WordPress.com user account you’re logged into and Jetpack plans don’t have any kind of domain registration. Additionally, the domainfalconefit.comis not currently registered at WordPress.com.If you had a WordPress site (using the free WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org) that was not hosted at WordPress.com, then we would not have the domain registration.
Looking up the Domain WHOIS, the current registrar is being reported as Siteground. You can search for your domain
falconefit.comhere to get that information: https://lookup.icann.org/lookupIf you transferred your domain to Siteground, you need to contact them for help. The other company should have the exact information about where you transferred the domain if you’re not sure.
I hope that clarifies things!
