Hi imart44735
Your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host having name Servers: ns6483.hostgator.com
ns6484.hostgator.com so WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question. You can post your question in WordPress.org forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/#new-postFor more information here is the support documentation link below:
https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are both different platforms, you can find more information for this here:

Hi there,
You cannot just change the site address in WP-Admin for a WordPress site. All that does is break the site and lock you out of the dashboard.
The address needs to be updated in your site’s database, and your hosting provider likely has specific steps you also need to follow in their admin interface in your hosting account.
Please contact your hosting provider for help with fixing this.
For future reference, you can find the correct steps for changing the address here:

I will follow up with HostGator.
