  Can I pause the site? I do not wish to renew!

  Hi Ellen,

  It’s not possible to pause the site. You can set it to private for the time being. However, the plan can not be paused. You can cancel it and upgrade at a later stage, however, bear in mind that we are only able to issue a refund during the first 30 days after the purchase.
