My domain name with WordPress has expired without me being aware of it. how can I reactivate it? Can you send me a link?

You’re correct – I checked and elizaloughran.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

Hi, When you say you have just sent an invoice can I check where I would find that? My email uses the expired domain name so it won’t reach me that way. I’ve looked at my WordPress account and can’t see an invoice. Thanks

We can only send the payment request to the email address connected to your account, so if that email is not currently working, please update your account email at https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Let us know here once you’ve done that, and we can resend the payment request.

Thanks – payment has now been made. I previously had this domain mapped to another email provider (Zoho) Do you know when the domain will reactivate and will the mapping have to be redone or is it likely to click in again automatically?

Thanks @elizabeth115. We’ve just contacted the registrar to get the domain back. Once they return it to us, we’ll put it back on your account and update you here. Normally at that point, it’ll start working automatically after a few hours, but if not, we’ll help you sort things out from there.
