My domain name is no more mapped to my wordpress website

  I had initially mapped my domain name, purchased from BIG ROCK, to my WordPress website. However, due to a delay in renewing my website plan, the domain address is no longer mapped. Despite my attempts to remap it, I’m encountering an issue. The system indicates that the domain is active and cannot be remapped.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Further I had transferred teh domain from BIGROCK to wordprees.

  It looks like your domain registration was canceled because you disputed the domain renewal payment with your credit card provider/bank.

  But was it not supposed to be included in the website plan? Why additional payment?

  Hi @abdullah71c130313220, the payments team has to resolve any disputed payment issues, so please continue to follow up with them directly. But to answer your question: when you dispute as fraudulent, not simply unwanted, it puts all upgrades on the account into question as well, and requires an investigation. The payment team is your best bet for resolving this, so I’ll close this thread. Cheers!
