My Domain name isn’t showing up under purchases

    Im having an issue. I would to purchase an upgrade to my domain but when I check the list of domains it isn’t showing up. Can someone please assist me.

    Hi there – I looked up the domain you shared. Here is the public information on the domain, which tells me the domain itself is registered with Enom, and it’s pointing to Float Hosting’s servers to serve the website. That’s why it’s not showing up under your purchases here at WordPress.com.

    If you would like to purchase an upgrade to your domain or your website, I recommend first contacting your website host, Float Hosting, and going from there. If you run into roadblocks and are interested in hosting your site here once again, let us know so we can help.
