    Hello, I just paid for a new domain name. Now I realize that I already had created a WordPress account in 2017. How can I link my new domain name with the existing account ? Can I also change my user name ? Does the username appear on the site for visitors ?

    Let’s get you logged into the correct account first. What is the domain, and can you send a link to the existing site?

    Regarding the name, the username may or may not appear, depending on how your site is set up. We can take a look once we know the site. Also, you can change the username as well as the way it’s displayed, but you’ll want to be sure you’re logged into the right account first.
