my domain name showing error meyerdirect.in

There is a domain meyerdirect.in pointed to wordpress but it showing error. My website is here https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/. But in my account there is no plan to upgrade to see the domain mapping issues. When i am going on my sites it is showing there is no website in your account and saying create a new site. But i will like to point my this https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/ site from the domain name meyerindia.in. Please let us know how it is possible ?

It looks like the domain mapping and business plan has expired and this would need renewing.
This can be done via the upgrades page here: https://wordpress.com/plans/meyerindiain.wordpress.com

Thank you for your response. I bought the plan but not it is 2 setup for me
first is https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/ and second is this https://meyerindiain.wordpress.com i want to this https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/ setup to my domain but didn’t get success? How it is possible? -
The website is currently here : https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com but earlier it was mapped with domain http://www.meyerindia.in – now i have purchased the plan but domains are not mapped .

meyerindia.wpcomstaging.comat one time had a Business plan and is owned by an account you are not currently signed into.The account you are signed into has recently purchased a Personal plan for meyerindiain.wordpress.com.
You will need to log out of username “meyercookwareindia” and log into the account that previously owned meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com.
If you are unable to log into that account, let us know and we will try to help you further with that. :)

I am the brand manager for the associated account
https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/ we have logged into this account which has our website . It did have a business account which may have expired . The domain meyerindia.wpcomstagging.com has the correct website and was earlier mapped with the domain meyerindia.in .
So user when searched for meyerindia.in were redirected to the correct website .
Now when the plan is expired -i am trying to activate it again but after logging in to https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/ and clicking on domain upgrade it redirects me to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/meyerindia.in?site=meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com so i had no other option but to upgrade the plan there which i did and seems like it is of no use now .
Now meyerindia.in is pointing to a completely new website which has nothing which should actually be pointed to meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com
If we need a business plan for the account – i can cancel the existing plan or upgrade existing plan to business plan .
It will be very helpful if we can connect via email and resolve this issue on priority as the website is inactive for long now .

It looks like the personal plan was purchased on this account for meyerindiain.wordpress.com.
This would be a different site to: https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/
To map the domain http://www.meyerindia.in to https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/ the domain mapping would need to be cancelled on this account and added to the account that controls https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/
It will be very helpful if we can connect via email and resolve this issue on priority as the website is inactive for long now.

I understand your point – That is what i am trying to explain that i have logged into https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/ which has the website but on clicking domain or any upgrade section it redirects to different login .
If i try to map the domain it redirects me to meyerindia.in and where it shows that
https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com is already taken so , indirectly i have both the accounts but i am unable to map the domains and move meyerindia.in to https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com -

Let me jump in with my little contribution.If i try to map the domain it redirects me to meyerindia.in and where it shows that
https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com is already taken so , indirectly i have both the accounts but i am unable to map the domains and move meyerindia.in to https://meyerindia.wpcomstaging.comIf that persists, an alternative would be to migrate your content from meyerindia.wpcomstaging.com to meyerindiain.wordpress.com.
