My domain name will not link to WordPress so I need a refund of the £11 I have paid for this.
-
I paid £11.00 on 26th February 2015 to link my domain name to WordPress but as my domain name is registered abroad it will not link (I was not aware this might happen until this information appeared after I had already paid the £11.00) and I would therefore like a full refund. When I attempt to refund it says this is not possible because it was created more than 30 days ago when in fact in was 5 days ago.
Could you please help?

Hi there,
It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet which is why your WordPress.com site is not showing up at your domain. Please note that this must be done on your registrar’s end. It’s not possible for us to do this as we are not your domain’s registrar. Currently, it’s set to:
- ns1.easyclouddns.net
- ns2.easyclouddns.net
- ns3.easyclouddns.net
You can view this here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=hagleysecretarialsolutions.co.uk
Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
For more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
If you don’t want to do this and still would like a refund, let me know!

I have already done this on my registrar’s site but it does not recognise the name servers you have advised and therefore will not allow my domain to point to WordPress so I do need a full refund please.
Many Thanks

Alright. Sounds good. I have provided you a full refund and removed it from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
