  How do I recover my domain?

  Hi there, the account you are posting from is only a few minutes old and doesn’t have any website associated with it.

  If you registered a domain with WordPress.com/WildWestDomains, and it’s time to renew, then it’s likely under a different account than the one you are using to post here to our forums.

  I just want to add that renewal of an existing domain registered through WordPress.com can only be done via the account that registered the domain. So again, in order to proceed, please tell us what domain you are trying to renew. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see wolterssearch.com as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@wolterssearch) to contact us here.

  With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns wolterssearch.com.

  Hello again, just adding that if you received a renewal notice to your email, first log out of wolterssearch account and then log back in using the email address (not the username) where you received your renewal notice. If you don’t remember the password for that account, you can reset it or send yourself a one-time login email from the WordPress.com log in page.

  Failing that, you will need to follow the account recovery process that Staff advised.
