My Domain Purchase Doesn’t Show

  Hello, I got an email about my domain expiring soon, and it says it will automatically renew and I can see purchases on my account, but it doesn’t even show the first purchase of the domain from last year. Is that normal? I just want to make sure everything runs smoothly and there are no problems when the domain gets renewed. Thank you!

  We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?

  That domain belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in with.
