My Domain Registation Has Failed!

    Hello,

    I have just tried to upgrade my domain from peaceandwine.wordpress.com to peaceandwine.com. I have been charged £18 pounds through paypal and have received a receipt yet absolutely nothing has happened. I find this very frustrating and would like to get this resolved ASAP.

    Did you already complete step 8 of the domain registration process?

    To activate your new domain go to the My Domains page, select the button next to the one you wish to activate and click Update Primary Domain. Your blog will be accessible from both of these domains; the Primary Domain is what actually appears as your domain within the address bar of web browsers. If you do not see your blog at the new domain immediately, please allow some time for the DNS changes to propagate.

    Hello

    Yes I did. I checked “My Domains” and the only one there is my wordpress primary. Also in “My Upgrades” there is no record of the upgrade.

    Nothing has changed on my profile and I have received no confirmation from WordPress, I have been charged and that’s it.

    So we had an issue (which is now fixed), but unfortunately your domain was not registered. We have provided you credits. Can you please try registering the domain again?
