my domain registration does not work

  Hello, last December 22 I made a domain registration with wordpress “knowko.es” and still not activated, what I can do to work my new domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi again, see if anyone can help, it turns out that five days ago I made a new domain registration through my control panel DOMAINS, on the “Register a new domain name” which select “knowko.es” this domain appeared as available, and made the registration process following the steps up to make the payment. In my DOMAINS control panel appears as “knowko.es (Pending – The registration can take up to 12 hours),” have spent five days and does not work.

  I have been looking for information on the forums and what I have read is that through WordPress can not make a .com registration, do it outside of WordPress and then to map.

  So … What I can do ?, How I can set my record with WordPress? …

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately your domain knowko.es did not get registered correctly when you originally purchased it. I went ahead and deleted it out of your account and refunded you the cost of the domain. If you re-register the domain the registration should go through OK this time.
