My domain shows suspended

It’s been more than 10 hours since I verified over email but my domain still shows suspended. This domain is owned by me since last 14 years and paid till next two more years.

Site is back up again but domain menu under wordpress administration shows it suspended. I already cleared cache, checked on other machines as well but no avail

WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also its quite annoying that unlike any decent professional service, wordpress refuse to have a support channel to raise ticket and get response for even their *paid customer*

This is unprofessional behavior in my opinion that you suspend the domain after taking money for two years in name of any random compliance and do not restore the domain even after completing everything and on top of that would push the customer to AI BOTs and forums than a real customer service channel

Your site shows fine for me. Clearing your browser should solve this problem.

HI there, @nitishkumar.

I’m also able to visit your site at https://nitishkumar.net/ so at this point this is likely a browser/caching issue. My suggestion is to on top of trying other devices, also do it from another ISP (for example, using your phone’s data plan instead of WiFi). I believe you are already familiar with the steps but we have some extra info here as well:

I also checked your Upgrades > Domains and there are no notices about the domain being suspended. Can you please let us know if everything is now working as expected?
