  Please correct spelling or refund me. the spelling should be conservativeextrAodinaire. Get it? The A is missing in extraordinaire!

  Actually, it looks like there was a glitch when you registered your custom domain name and the registration didn’t go through. Because of that, you have 25 credits in your account.

  You can use these credits to register your custom domain name, conservativeextraordinaire.com, by following this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/

  Just be sure to click on “Use WordPress.com credits” when prompted to pay.
