my domain subscription has expired and I can’t see the renew button
Blog url: http://ruffwear.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Are you logged in as the original account that purchased the upgrade? (I am assuming you are asking about domain mapping your subdomain since your domain name ruffwear.net is registered with Network Solutions)
-
We’ve had several people managing this account, a couple of which are no longer employed here. I don’t know which account the upgrade was purchased under. How can we resolve this?
-
The owner of the blog, ruffwear, is also the owner of the Domain Mapping upgrade. You’ll need to be logged in as that user to renew it.
-
Actually, scratch that, the upgrade expired way back in May, so any user can now re-purchase the domain mapping upgrade by adding the domain via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard.
-
staff-blorbo – the expired part is interesting since the domain mapping to a subdomain still seems to be working ( http://dogblog.ruffwear.net/ ) – is there a grace period on the mapping?
thanks

Hi there – I haven’t heard back from you guys and now I cannot access the blog at all. When I go to the URL, I get this:
Invalid key [10]. Back
Please help, thanks,
Susan -
I resolved the issue, I’m quite frustrated though. Our blog link was broken and I didn’t even get a response from WordPress. Not very good customer service.

I am from WordPress.com. I responded twice to you above on July 2, within minutes of your previous reply.
