My domain transfer doesn't work…

    Hi, this is the second try, I received a message saying I would have en answer from you, in the next 24 hours, but I didn’t. This was last week…

    Domain name : herboristesdupeuple.com

    Hi, I just initiated yesterday a transfer of my domain to Hostpapa. I unlocked the domain, I got the authorization code. Then I got a message that the domain was under private registration, which I cancelled. But I also received this message, which is not appropriate since I am the only contact for that domain and I didn’t express any written objection for the transfer, the message was :
    The transfer of HERBORISTESDUPEUPLE.COM from WordPress.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

    Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. – email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).

    So what do I have to do to complete the transfer ?
