My domain upgrade expired

  • Unknown's avatar

My domain upgrade expired in October of last year – I know… I would like to resume blogging. I have no issue starting with a new domain (the blog is simply for friends and family, so not a big deal) however, I would like to keep the existing posts (and pages). Is there a simple way to either renew the domain – cementhead.me – or copy the few existing posts to a new site, or even get a new domain name n the existing dashboard?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Jan! You can absolutely keep all your posts and pages.

All of your content is accessible here:
    =cementheaddotme.wordpress.com/wp-admin

If the same domain name is available for purchase, you are welcome to re-register it for your site. To do so, please click Store → Add a Domain in your site’s Dashboard (linked above).

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

Thank you, Robyn! 2 minutes – ok, 3, I had to find my wallet. Worked like a charm, and I’m back in business! Thanks again, and have a great day!
