My domain was canceled

I purchased a domain and received a confirmation email and then almost immediately I receive another email saying it was canceled but I do see the charge on my credit cards . How can this be fixed?

What is the domain that you tried purchasing? They’ll likely want that information.

@lolatita21, it looks like there was just a blip when you tried to register, and it didn’t go through. We automatically added the credits back to your account. Can you try registering it again now?
