My domain went offline

My domain went offline and is no longer showing up on my profile. This happened a month ago and I paid a $100 fee to reactivate it so that I wouldn’t run into this problem again. How do I get it back and why did this happen?

It looks like something went wrong with the recovery of your domain a month ago and it was cancelled again by our system. I apologise for this.
I’ve emailed our registrar again to try and get it back for you. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them.
You don’t need to pay any fees this time around.

Your domain is now active again on your site. Sorry once again for the trouble.
To compensate for the downtime I’ve added some credits to your account that you can apply as a discount towards your next upgrade/renewal. If you buy a new upgrade or manually renew your domain the credits will be applied automatically once you reach the checkout page.
