My domain zolfar.com dissapeared

  Hello!
  I had the domain zolfar.com on my page but i cant find it anymore. I purchased this in August it is registered under my email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I dont know what could have happened?
  For an hour it didnt allow me to log me in and said i need higher permission.
  I am confused, I hope i can retrieve it!
