my domain.com is still showing available for purchased after I purchased it?

hi this morning I purchased a domain suitedealz.com with the bundle package.
for some reason I received an error during check out. so I asked for a refund on the bundle less the domain price of $26 for suitedealz.com
when I try to go to suitedealz.com it is not showing up. I understand the difference between wp.com and .org.
I purchased with .com and I do not understand why this is happening.
when I log out of wp.com and and go in as a new person looking to purchase a new domain, suitedealz.com comes up as available.
any ideas?
