Hey for some reason my http://www.sacredDashdevelopment.com website is not loading anymore can somebody help me to understand why?

I’m not showing that domain registered here at WordPress.com. Did you instead mean “sacred-development.com”? If so, it looks like the domain expired when the domain registration renewal didn’t get processed this year.
You can still recover the domain by going to your Domains page and renewing the domain there:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/sacreddevelopmentcom.wordpress.com

When it takes me to the page it says my name would be sacredevelopment444.com
would it still be able to access it under
sacred-development.com

It says I can reinstate it till the 27th but doesn’t give me an option to do so ? Please help

My domain name changed on its own or maybe due to be not making the payment on time ? I would love to reinstate it and it mentioned I have till the 27th to do it. But doesn’t let me use my old name. Please help.

If you look at your dashboard, you’ll see a message that a different user on your site needs to renew the domain (information blurred for privacy) since they were the ones who originally made the purchase:
You would need to log out of @kristinakinsella and into that other account to renew the expired domain.

Is there a way to know the other name that it was purchased under. A friend helped me with it last time but she’s no longer around :(
I might be able to see if she sent some information a year ago but probably won’t have any luck

I believe I renewed it, would you mind checking? I paid and all but it still doesn’t let me visit my website or there people to access it. Maybe it takes sometime ? thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it

Hi there @sacredacacia I can confirm the domain is renewed for two more years and does not expire until 2025. If you wish you can also transfer this domain to @kristinakinsella by following the steps here. That way the can manage any future renewals directly.
