  My domain/ mapping is about to expire and I cannot figure out how to purchase or renew my subscription. It does not give me the option. PLEASE help

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that bought / owns an Upgrade to renew it. Is there a different account that could have been used to buy the upgrade?
