I don’t see any registered domains on your WordPress.com account, @elegantmou. Can you share the domain name so that we can check if it’s registered on a different account?
If yes, you’ll need to log out of @elegantmou and log into the correct account. You can then follow these instructions to update the payment method for your domain.

Thanks for confirming! The domain is registered here at WordPress.com, but it is associated with a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. Although the email address associated with your account matches the domain contact, the domain is owned by someone else and is the only one who can manage the domain.
You would need to log out of @elegantmou and into the correct account to manage the domain and payment on file.
