My domains – Domain expiring

  Hi I have a Premium plan (with domain mapping included).

  Today I mapped my domain http://www.thepetalfoundry.com to my blog and made it the primary domain. Now I have a message on “My domains” page to say my domain mapping will expire today!

  My premium plan with WordPress was only bought last month – so why does it say my domain mapping say it will expire today?

  Also when i click on “Payment settings” it just takes me to “My upgrades” with a message that domain mapping is included in the plan.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  You are receiving that message because you purchased your domain mapping under an account different than the account you used to purchase the premium plan. The mapping subscription is included in the premium plan and your personal account is up to date with it set to now expire on 10/22/16.
