My drafts disappeared

Hi there, I have paid for an annual subscription in 2020 and started work on a web-site. It has not gone public but I want to continue the work on it.
Now I can’t find all the work I have on the page on your editing tool. Can you let me know how I can find the drafts of my web-site? Thank you, Markus

    Hello!

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, it appears that you had a yearly Business plan (now known as the Creator plan) that expired in November 2021. When this plan expired, several things would have occurred:

    1. Any plugins or third-party themes installed would have been lost, along with features unavailable on the lower-level plan.
    2. Your site would revert to its state before you activated the plan’s features.
    3. We preserve the following content: pages, posts, and media files. However, any content built with plugins will be lost.
    4. The site will be set to private, allowing you to review it before making it public on the new plan.

Any posts or pages created that were not tied to a plugin (such as Elementor) can be found in your Posts or Pages section of your dashboard.

I hope this clears things up! Let us know if you have any further questions.
