My drafts disappeared
-
Hi there, I have paid for an annual subscription in 2020 and started work on a web-site. It has not gone public but I want to continue the work on it.
Now I can’t find all the work I have on the page on your editing tool. Can you let me know how I can find the drafts of my web-site? Thank you, MarkusWP.com: Yes

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, it appears that you had a yearly Business plan (now known as the Creator plan) that expired in November 2021. When this plan expired, several things would have occurred:
- Any plugins or third-party themes installed would have been lost, along with features unavailable on the lower-level plan.
- Your site would revert to its state before you activated the plan’s features.
- We preserve the following content: pages, posts, and media files. However, any content built with plugins will be lost.
- The site will be set to private, allowing you to review it before making it public on the new plan.
Any posts or pages created that were not tied to a plugin (such as Elementor) can be found in your Posts or Pages section of your dashboard.
I hope this clears things up! Let us know if you have any further questions.
