  How long ago did your domain name expire?
  If it happened within the past two weeks, then you can do this:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#grace-period
  dashboard—>store—>upgrades—>renew
  If you have difficulty renewing there should be a link to contact staff for assistance.

  If the domain name expired more than two weeks ago, then please read more of that article I linked to above. Feel free to post more questions here if that does not help.

  As for uploading images, this support article should be useful:

  Be sure that the pictures are compressed for use online or your site will load very slowly, and you’ll be wasting your 3 GB storage space:
