My email account is not working properly

  Hi
  Email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not recieving inbound email but is sending outbound emails. Can you fix this or tell me how to fix this please. Host address is shirishandbhavna.com

  Based on the MX records for that domain your email provider is https://webmail.gridhost.co.uk/, so please contact them for help with this.
