  My email address has been used fraudulently to set up a WordPress.com site. I need help, stat.

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking, and what email address?

  If you’re speaking of the email address appearing at https://wordpress.com/me/account, that email address is only being used for the garypia username account you’re using to post here. It’s not possible to create more than one WordPress.com account using the same email address.

  I see a new site was created in this account around five hours ago: https://sarthak.code.blog/

  If you did not create that site, it means someone else has access to your WordPress.com account. In that case, please immediately change you password, and consider enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Also do the same on your email account, in case that’s how someone gained access to your WordPress.com account.

  If you don’t want this site that was created in your account, you can delete it at My Site ->Settings ->General.
