My email address has changed

I have a new email address and soon won’t be able to access the old. I’m trying to change my email address so I get notifications. I thought I needed to make my new email address an ‘administrator’ and sent an ‘invitation’ to my new email address. It arrived, I accepted, went through the steps but it doesn’t show up. I don’t know what to do.

It sounds to me like you created a new user with your new email address, is that correct?

The standard policy in this situation is to update your email address on the same account. I would recommend logging in to the new account and changing the email on that account. Once this is done, log back in to the original account and update the email address. I deleted the new account because I didn’t want it and added my new email address to the old account. Much easier than I realized.
