My email address is not accepted in order to get a new password.

    I can’t log into the members area using “downtownmobilemarketingcom/wp-admin”. My password fails (which I may have forgotten).

    I have tried a number of times to request a password reset link, All attempts have failed and my address is not recognized. All I get is the following message:

    “ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.” (BS!)

    I AM a registered user. I have in fact started building a Website (downtownmobilemarketing.com) and I have been in email communication with WP.

    This issue needs to be resolved immediately.
