  If your site is hosted with siteground, that means its a self hosted version of WordPress. You might be better asking your question over at the .og support site: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Here’s some info about the difference between WordPress.org and WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  But if your email is not reconsidered, could you have another one that is the login?

  If not try the .org support forums or ask your hosting company if they can point you in the right direction, they may be able to tell you the username to login with.
