My email address linked with some other blog

  Hi there,
  My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my blog URL is http://thewindytondiaries.wordpress.com. However, when I post a comment/reply under any of my posts, the writer’s (my) URL appears as forbiddenfruit.wordpress.com. I’ve no idea whose blog this is, it isn’t mine, but it appears with my email id for every comment I make. Please help.
