  My email address won’t update in settings, and it is not associated with another WordPress account. I am not getting any confirmation emails.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to double check, there are two different email address locations for your account. One for stuff like logging in and another for site notifications. See this support page:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/

  Can you make sure that you are updating the address that you are hoping to and not the “other” one?

  If that isn’t the cause of the issue, let me know and we can look into it further.
