  my email and username are not valid so i cant reset password

  Looks like you’ve lost your login information.

  You have 2 options:
  1. SMS Recovery with Two Step Authentication
  This option is available only if you’ve activated the Two Step Authentication in your Settings.

  Follow the instructions here.

  OR

  2. Account Recovery Form
  You will need Proof of Ownership to use this option.
