  My email on my account domain expired and I want to change my email address on my account to use it with my new domain.

  lascasas.graphics is hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by wordpress.COM

  Contact your web host.

  Thanks for letting us know you resolved this. In the future for support for that site you must post to wordpress.org support.

  That site on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
