My email forwarding does not seem to work when I test it

I set up (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) to forward to my gmail account but when I sent test messages to these addresses, I did not receive anything in my my gmail inbox. I checked spam all other filters. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!

Hi Victoria,
Can you make sure you’re not sending the test email from the email address that you’re forwarding to? For example, if you’re forwarding to “me-at-gmail.com”, the test email cannot also come from that address.
Let me know if that still doesn’t work!
