My email is no longer associated with my site!

I went in to make changes to my site yesterday which I completed. I tried to log back in today and it would not accept the password. So I hit the prompt to change my password. After changing it successfully I received an email to activate my site. (My site has been up and running for 8 months) So now my email that I have used to log into my site is no longer associated with my site that is still up and running, and I don’t have access to it. HELP!
