My Email is not forwarding

Hi,
the email forwarding I setup ((email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff)) is not forwarding. How can I fix this?

Hi Porsha, When you set up email forwarding, you should receive an email with a link to confirm it. This email will be sent to the existing address, to verify that you own it. Once you click on the confirmation link in the email, the email forwarding will be activated.
