Hi there! I had a look at your account; it looks like your email address in particular is active, but the problem is coming from the fact that your domain is marked as ‘suspended’ due to non-verification and as a result of this suspension it’s interfering with your email.
The rules around domains mean that we need to regularly check and make sure we have up-to-date contact information for domain owners, and as such we ask you to make sure your domain contact information is valid.
Could I ask you to head over to Upgrades > Domains and click on your domain there? You should have a section for Contact Information – please check everything is up to date there and if not, please do update it. Once you’ve done that, the system can send you a “verify your domain” email which contains a link you’ll need to click. We have more information about this in our Domain Contact Info guide, and an example of what the email looks like in our Domain Registration guide.
After the domain is verified, it may take a little time for it to be unsuspended and for your email to get back up and running but it’ll get there!
