My email no longer work so I can’t login

  i really need help. I can’t login to my own website. Suddenly is says that my email does not exist. I just had a whole new website published before Christmas. I have emails from WordPress but not a 2 facter for pass. Help!

  It sounds like there may be a disconnect between your user account and the login portal you are using. If your site was recently redesigned and published, it is likely a ‘self-hosted’ WordPress site. If you are trying to log in via the main WordPress.com homepage, it will not recognize your email. Please try logging in directly at gertrudsunivers.dk/wp-admin. If that still fails, I recommend contacting the developer who published the site for you; they may have updated the administrative email during the final launch phase, or there may be a synchronization issue with the site’s database that occurred during the move to the live server.
