My entire site has been deleted

    Having just logged in for the first time in a while, everything appears to have disappeared!

    I had the site hosted via 123reg, which was due for renewal a little while ago.

    Is there any reason why everything I had hostedhas disappeared? I assumed it would be safe regardless of third party hosting…

    I’m sorry but we cannot help as that site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and those are the only blogs we provide support for. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
