  Hi, I’m trying to do a domain transfer but my EPP code from my previous domain hoster is invalid. I’ve copy the code but it’s still invalid. Could you help me about this?

  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  Also, you would need to make sure there is no domain mapping currently present with the same domain. This can be deleted via the purchases page here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
