My Espied theme will not allow full width images

  Hi there,

  I’m dropping images onto a page using the Espied theme, the images are 1272px width, as recommended on the theme description, however, when the images appear, they are 552px width. Is there something in my wordpress which is blocking the larger size?

  Hi James, images in Espied single posts will appear up to 1272px, depending on your screen size. If you’re on a smaller screen resolution or browser window size, the image will be smaller.

  I checked your single test post on a screen at 1897px wide, and your image was 1272px, as expected:

  Could you provide a link to the post in your screenshot so I can have a look directly?

  Hi Kathryn,

  Thank you for taking the time to help me with this.

  As it happens, I looked at wordpress width issues in general, beyond Espied, and I found there was a connection with jetpack and a few other settings elsewhere with plugins, so I wiped wordpress and started again, which worked!

  But to be honest, when uploading my content I found that every now and then I would have the same issue, so I think its just a bug somewhere.

  Despite all this, I think wordpress is pretty darn useful :)
