My Etsy shop is not visible from my site

When I first started this site the Etsy shop connection worked, since then I have come to find that the shop feature no longer works. Am I missing something? Is there a certain blog level to make it work?

I am not sure if that was a feature before, but are you able to describe how they were connected before? It was probably through HTML.
How does it look like and where is it located? Does it show your items for sale in your WordPress.com? Or you have the store name in your menu, and people get into your Etsy store when they click it?

Hi there, hope you don’t mind me jumping in on this thread. A very long time ago there was a workaround to add the Etsy widget to our WordPressdotcom sites, but it stopped working, again a very long time ago. It’s never been possible to actually host/embed your Etsy shop on your WordPressdotcom site.
Currently there are two ways to connect to Etsy, either by adding a Custom link to a Custom Menu or by taking a screenshot of your shop or widget, uploading the image here and linking it to Etsy either in a page/post or image widget.
