    Your site cribsandbibsbabyshop.com is not being hosted here at WordPress.com, so we’re limited to what we can help with here. To clarify, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.

    It looks like the site was being hosted at Bluehost – you can contact their support here: https://www.bluehost.com/contact

    I would ask them to restore your site if they have a backup; otherwise, if you had a backup plugin making backups, they can help you use a backup to restore your site.
